Gurls... This year is going to rock! Were gonna take it all the way at every competition.. were gonna do our best and give a reason for everyone to be proud of us! We're going to show everyone how much tide pride we all have! On top of all the hard work we are going to have fun! Were going to all become close friends and were going to make alot of memories within each other as singles and a group.. were going to all improve... move up a level suceed with something that we couldnt do before! Gurls we are going to have an awesome year! Im looking soo forward to it!! Cheerleaders have a special relationship with each other... respect is a big part of being a cheerleader... respect each other and what everone says no matter what... listen to them.. were not here to make u feel bad were not telling you something juss because we don't like you were telling you so you can improve! Cheerleaders are like sisters we have our rough spots but our great ones too!! Cheerleading squad is like a family ... Cheerleading isnt based on one person... its not the top thats the best... nor the back, base or front... its the whole group together working together... as a squad/group.. everyone has their own part of the building group and each of them are important... without each other something would go wrong! Teamwork is the best word for a cheerleading squad!! I love you each and everyone of you!!
